Welcome to FluxyTrips. By accessing our website (https://fluxytrips.com/) and utilizing our concierge services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

FluxyTrips is an independent travel concierge and itinerary management platform. We provide human-led search, travel planning, and administrative support for domestic and international flight bookings.

• We are not an airline carrier.
• We are not an official representative of any airline.
• We act as a service bridge between travelers and licensed third-party fulfillment partners.

All flight ticketing, final bookings, and travel fulfillment are facilitated through our authorized third-party travel agency partners. By using our service, you authorize FluxyTrips to facilitate these transactions on your behalf with these licensed partners. FluxyTrips provides the concierge and search expertise, while final ticketing is handled by authorized agency partners.

FluxyTrips charges a non-refundable professional concierge service fee for our expert search, coordination, and 24/7 human-led support.

• This fee is separate from the cost of the airline ticket, taxes, and carrier fees.
• Our specialists will disclose all fees to you over the phone or in writing before any transaction is finalized.
• By providing payment information, you agree to the payment of both the airline ticket cost and the FluxyTrips concierge fee.

• Airlines: Refunds, cancellations, and changes are governed strictly by the specific fare rules of the airline carrier. Most "Basic Economy" or "Special Rate" tickets are non-refundable.
• FluxyTrips Service Fees: Our concierge service fees are non-refundable once the search and coordination service has been performed, regardless of whether the traveler eventually cancels the flight with the airline.
• Processing: If you are eligible for an airline refund, we will assist you in the process; however, FluxyTrips does not control airline refund timelines or decisions.

While our specialists strive for 100% accuracy, airlines may change schedules, gates, or equipment without notice. FluxyTrips is not liable for airline-initiated changes, delays, or cancellations. It is the traveler’s responsibility to confirm flight status 24 hours before departure.

Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, and health documentation (vaccinations, etc.) required for entry into their destination. FluxyTrips is not responsible for travelers being denied boarding due to improper documentation.

FluxyTrips acts only as a service provider and is not liable for any injury, loss, claim, or damage related to the actual travel, airline performance, or third-party fulfillment errors.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled in the appropriate courts of the jurisdiction where our business is registered.
